1. Return & Refund Timeframe
Customers may request a return or refund within 15 days of receiving the item.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
2. Eligible Items for Return
Items are eligible for return or exchange if they meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original condition with tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized products
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
4. Return Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in most cases
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
5. Refund Method
All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds cannot be redirected to alternative accounts

- Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days

- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before shipment
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos for verification.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
